I’ve raised many mother cows that have spent their lives giving birth and nurturing their calves. These are the cows we carefully feed and care for to create Sustainable Wagyu Juku. Through long-term care, the beef matures naturally during their lifetime, resulting in meat with a rich, deep flavor and light, balanced fat. It’s beef you can enjoy to your heart’s content without feeling overwhelmed.
