Gui’s Burger by Humans of Wagyu is thrilled to announce a special collaboration with Chef Wallace Wong, featuring a limited-edition burger that celebrates both his culinary expertise and the exceptional quality of award-winning Saga Wagyu.

Meet Chef Wallace

Chef Wallace is known for his work in some of the world’s top kitchens, including NOMA, Alinea, and Langdon Hall, as well as his appearances on shows like Top Chef Canada and Chopped Canada. Beyond his culinary skills, he’s a fitness competitor and social media personality, sharing recipes and inspiration with his audience of over 1.8 million followers.

What’s in the Burger?

This unique creation combines 180g of Saga Wagyu, renowned for its rich marbling and delicate texture, with Chef Wallace’s signature flavor combinations:

  • 180g of Saga Wagyu

  • Pickled onions and garlic, prepared in a rice vinegar brine for a sweet and tangy kick.

  • Maitake mushrooms, glazed in a maple whiskey reduction for added depth and subtle smokiness.

  • Finished with our homemade Wagyu sauce, all served on a toasted brioche bun.

Each element is thoughtfully crafted to complement the luxurious Saga Wagyu, which recently won the 優良賞 (Excellence Award) at the prestigious Osaka Meat Market competition.
