Humans of Wagyu is excited to announce an exclusive collaboration with renowned knife-sharpening master Ryota Togishi, known for his dedication to the art of precision and craftsmanship. Together, we're presenting a limited edition Notogyu (Noto Wagyu) burger, available exclusively at Gui’s Burger in Ashiya, Hyogo.
The Art of Precision Meets Culinary Excellence
Ryota Togishi, a former Japanese cuisine chef and master knife sharpener with over 3.8 million followers on social media, is known for his pursuit of ultimate sharpness. His tool of choice, an SPG STRIX steel knife, is sharpened using over ten natural stones, including the renowned Nakayama and Maruoyama stones. This dedication to precision results in cuts that not only enhance the presentation but also elevate the flavor and texture of the ingredients.
For this collaboration, Ryota will be hand-cutting premium Notogyu (Noto Wagyu), a rare and prized beef from Japan's Noto region. Known for its deep umami flavor and fine marbling, the beef is hand-chopped to retain its texture and natural taste. Complementing this is our hand-chopped onions, adding a balance of sweetness and crunch to every bite.
Limited Availability
This exclusive burger will be available in limited quantities of only 5 per day, ensuring the highest level of quality and craftsmanship in every serving. Once they're gone, they're gone.
